1. Home to Folkestone; Calais to Oisterwijk, Netherlands; train from Den Bosh to Alessandria, Italy; drive to Fiesole, just north of Florence.
2. Fiesole to Gargnano, Lake Garda, Italy.
3. Gargnano to Garmisch, Germany; Garmish to Phalsburg, France; Phalsburg to Reims; Reims to home.

Arranged by the Italian Auto Moto Club and held around the closed streets of the historic Old City area of Bristol. A fantatastic variety of Italian cars and motor bikes.

Maranello, Italy September 2009

Marking my 50th and sons 21st we made the pilgrimage to Maranello. Crossing the St. Bernard pass (Switzerland into Italy), as featured in the opening credits of the original Italian Job movie, we bumped into another Daytona, as you do. Like buses, one comes along directly followed by another. We covered 2,152 miles over seven days.
