American Speedfest 3, Brands Hatch, 7th June 2015

HUGE crowds, loads and loads of beautiful and stunning cars of all shapes and sizes - some HUGE and none of them particularly small. And some good racing but the Nascars are, possibly, just too big for little old Brands? After the third safety car we gave up for more wandering and photos. Was a great event.

Some lovely old and not so old Lancia's and quite a few other interesting vehicles. Good old Goodwood!

Pioneer Run for Veteran Motorcycles, 22nd March 2015, Brighton 

The run starts from Epsom and finished at Brighton on Madeira Drive. There are classes for bikes pre 1905, 1905-1910 and 1915. A total of 344 bikes are entered but I don't know how many got there. Was a really good event, very different bikes, inevitably driven by some pleasantly odd, eccentric people. No one completely normal would ride on of these. There were entrants from all over Europe and one from US. The age of riders ranged from the occasional 30/40 year old up to the mid NINTIES!
